This Privacy Policy describes how Donkey Byte (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of the “Logic Stack” mobile application (the “Service”).

   We primarily collect Non-Personal Information when you use our Service. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information (like your name or email) unless you contact us directly.
    

A. Non-Personal Information (Automatically Collected)
Collected via integrated third-party services (SDKs) to operate, analyze, and monetize the game. This data does not directly identify you.

• Device Information: device type, OS version, CPU, screen resolution. Purpose: ensure the game runs correctly, prevent crashes, fix bugs.
   
• Identifiers: Advertising ID (GAID/IDFA), IP address, app installation ID. Purpose: ad targeting, conversion tracking, frequency capping.
   
• Usage & Interaction Data: levels played/completed, time in game, in-game currency spent, ad views, IAP attempts. Purpose: analyze behavior, improve game (including Firebase Analytics).
   
• Location Data (Approximate): city/region derived from IP address. Purpose: geo-targeting ads and analytics.
   

B. Personal Information (Provided by You)
We only collect Personal Information if you choose to provide it, such as when you:

  We use this information (e.g., your email) solely to respond to your request or communication.

   We use Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage user consent for advertising and analytics, including in regions governed by GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

• Opt-Out/Withdrawal: If you do not consent, you will receive non-personalized ads. You can change consent preferences anytime via the in-game Privacy Settings.

   The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service. If a parent/guardian believes a child has provided Personal Information, contact us at contact@donkeybytegames.com and we will remove it.

   We use commercially acceptable means to protect information, but no method of transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
