1. Introduction

Donkey Byte Games ("we," "us," or "our") develops Math Explorers. This app is designed for a Mixed Audience, and we implement a Neutral Age Gate to ensure age-appropriate privacy protections for all users.

2. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). For users under 13, we do not collect personal information. We disable personalized advertising and only use "Families Self-Certified" ad networks (Google AdMob).

3. Information We Collect

Device Identifiers: We use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send app updates. This involves a non-persistent device token.
Age Information: We ask for a birth year. This is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Advertising

The App contains ads served by Google AdMob. Child users receive only non-personalized ads. Adult users may receive personalized ads if they provide consent. Ads can be removed via a parental-gated In-App Purchase.

5. Data Deletion & Requests

Math Explorers does not use user accounts. To delete your local progress and reset your notification token, simply uninstall the app. For manual data removal requests, contact us at contact@donkey-byte.com.
